The location was unbeatable for exploring, steps away from everything i wanted to see. i appreciated the quirky design elements throughout the hotel. It. staff members were very friendly and provided quick, efficient service (especially with my luggage). breakfast was good, it helped kick-start my days.

the lighting in the room wasn't ideal for detailed tasks (makeup).

the location was quite convenient, close to many attractions. the staff members were helpful and polite! i booked a single room, and the size was suitable. the bed was comfy.

my room was very small for two people. the bathroom felt small and dark. there was not enough space to hang clothes, only one small chair was available and the table was not enough for two people. i also missed guest slippers since the floor had tiles and it wasn't comfortable to walk around barefoot.

The staff were helpful and friendly! I received an upgrade to a double room with an ensuite, a real luxury! The location was great, so central for seeing the city sights!

The power sockets in the room were quite loose. I only had one available plug, that wasn't enough to charge my phone and use the fan!

The room smelled strange and the odor didn't disappear at all! The beds were hard. They creaked with every movement I made. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean, and the room generally seemed worn.

The staff was cute. They assisted me with my needs . I appreciated the Albanian concierge's special attention. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job.

I found only one plug available in the room. It was not enough to charge my phone. I also wanted to use the fan at the same time.

Convenient Location and Friendly Service

The location worked well, near the opera and Montmartre. Even Gare du Nord was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I felt welcome upon arrival. I was expecting a shared bathroom but instead I had an en suite shower. I only needed to share the toilet.

The room felt old. There was no climate control, so the room was super warm and stuffy. Opening the windows was not really an option as the room was located at a busy street across from a venue where a lot of people were smoking and talking loudly outside. It was a bit disappointing!

The room included a comfortable bed. It also offered daily housekeeping. The ensuite shower was a plus, though the toilet was shared with other guests on the floor, I found it more than adequate.
